How can I rent a vehicle?
It's easy: enter your preferred pick-up location and date to see which vehicles are available. Then all you have to do is choose your desired one and confirm the reservation.

Will the vehicle I reserve be the same as the one I pick up at the retailer?
Yes, you will be able to drive a car of the same model and features you have chosen: transmission, fuel type, power, number of seats, insurance, fuel policy and environmental label.

Where and when can I pick up the vehicle?
You can pick up and return your rental vehicle within the opening hours of the selected Jaguar & Land Rover RENT retailer.

When do I have to provide my card details?
Once you have completed all the steps in the online booking process, the retailer will contact you to ask for your credit card details for payment and to complete your reservation.

What documents do I need for the vehicle rental?
When collecting the vehicle, you must present the following documents:
- a valid domestic driving licence for the respective vehicle class
- a valid identity card or passport
- a valid credit card
If you are unable to present all the above documents, or they are not valid at the time of collection, the reservation will be cancelled and the retailer will apply the cancellation fee (according to the rate for one day's rental) to the card you have provided them with, once the reservation has been confirmed.

May I present a driving licence from another country?
Yes, but it will depend on the country of expedition. Driving licences from European Union countries are valid in Spain. Driving licences from non-EU countries will also be accepted as long as they have a valid visa at the time of rental (except Switzerland). Non-EU citizens residing in the European Union for more than 6 months must present an EU driving licence.

Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes, at least 24 hours before the start of the rental period. If this does not happen, for rental periods of 28 days or less, you will be charged the standard daily rate according to the tariff valid at the time of cancellation on the card you have provided to the retailer, once the reservation has been confirmed.
For rental periods of 29 days or more, the retailer may impose a cancellation charge equivalent to one month's rental. The reservation can be cancelled in "My reservations" section, in your user account, or by calling your selected Jaguar & Land Rover RENT retailer. If you do not collect the vehicle within 60 minutes of the agreed time, the reservation will be cancelled and the retailer will charge the basic rate to the card you have provided them with after confirmation of the reservation.

How do I change a reservation?
You can make changes to your reservation through your selected Jaguar & Land Rover RENT retailer. You will find their contact details in your user account under reservation information or in the email with your booking confirmation.

What is the maximum time I can book a vehicle?
For private and business customers, the maximum rental period is six (6) months.

Can I include another driver in the rental contract?
Yes, you can, as long as the retailer accepts this at the time of collection of the vehicle. In the event that the vehicle is driven by another person who is not authorised by the retailer, there will be an additional charge.

Can I also rent accessories for the vehicle?
Yes, but please contact the Jaguar & Land Rover RENT retailer with whom you have booked the vehicle as far in advance as possible.
